Work
I’ve been working in online businesses since 2018, helping grow revenue with clear, simple lead and sales pipelines.
I work for companies I believe in. Companies with a clear vision, agile structure, built for sustainable growth. No politics, no hype, just a good team working towards results.

Highlights
In 7+ years working online, I’ve worked for:
- Ecommerce businesses
- High-ticket affiliate sites
- Bootstrapped SaaS companies
- Crypto startups
- SEO agencies
Since then, I’ve been focused on growing businesses and delivering results with content marketing, SEO, product management, customer support… and all the other fires that come with building small-scale online startups.
LandingCube
At LandingCube, I helped run a SaaS landing page generator for Amazon sellers.
I came on initially as a marketing assistant and customer service tech. I grew to eventually handle all marketing and customer success for the company.
I ran customer success until training up and handing this area off to a new support tech, so I could focus on marketing full-time.
In marketing, we focused mostly on inbound SEO and content marketing. Our website became an authority in the Amazon space, despite significantly fewer resources than many entrenched competitors. I also built email funnels, helped manage a full website redesign, and created video content.
My role frequently crossed over into product design and product management, as I set up and optimized onboarding flows, designed and specced new features and coordinated product changes with our lead developer.
Flamingo
After LandingCube was successfully acquired, I worked with the same founder to build Flamingo (an HR tool for Slack teams) from the ground up.
I helped build and execute the go-to-market strategy for the company, and ran all marketing, focusing largely on SEO and content marketing.
I set up and optimized our Slack App Directory listing, designed landing pages, and built and operated an SEO strategy that drove trial signups on autopilot. I was also active in product management, designing and coordinating development for multiple new features and product enhancements.
While I was at Flamingo, we grew from $0 to profitable in the space of three years.
MobiLoud (Current)
I’m currently in a position as Head of Content at MobiLoud, a tech/service that converts websites into mobile apps.
I manage all content marketing, which includes:
- Content creation
- Technical SEO optimization
- SEO strategy and overall content direction
- Building and maintaining content production SOPs
- AI and LLM SEO
- Social content strategy
- Running our company newsletter, The Retention Edge
We’re currently on a sustainable growth curve, maintaining solid market share as a fully bootstrapped, sustainable business (alongside multiple competitors with 8-figures+ in funding).
What makes me different
What (I believe) sets me apart as a professional is that I understand business – and how each task, role or project fits into the overall vision of the business.
Others “do their job”. I understand that the job can be different from day to day depending on what the business needs in order to thrive.
I have two key values, which I apply to every role or project I take on.
1. Customer service
Before moving into the online space, I worked in a large, complex environment, managing large teams and working in an industry where customer service was central.
From that experience, I’ve come to believe that customer service is central to everything in business. Whether it’s publishing a landing page, designing a product feature or running an email campaign, the key question is always this: what value does this bring for the customer?
2. Leadership
I pride myself on leadership. For me, that means setting the example, and doing what’s required for the team to succeed.
Whether I’m directly managing staff, collaborating with others, or working on a standalone task or project, my goal is to do it the right way; with positivity and initiative.
Current availability
I currently have some availability for short-term projects.
This includes content production, content editing & management, or help setting up newsletters, sales emails and landing pages. I also offer consulting for online businesses, and have limited spots currently open (learn more).
If you’d like to work together, you can contact me on LinkedIn, or by email, and we’ll discuss how I can help.
